Enjoy Park House where we have 122 rooms in small cluster flats that are built for you to live in London with your friends. We have sharing facilities between one or two people.
We're located in Earls Court, it's a short walk 20-minute walk to Imperial University and a 25-minute walk to the London Academy Of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). The neaby tube station also gives you quick and easy access to the rest of the city and other universities around London, only a 4-minute walk from our accommodation.
There's lots to do in London when you're not studying. Explore the museums, theatres, shops, restaurants and much more. Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park are also great for a stroll in the fresh air, and with the Santander Cycles outside Park House is a great way to get there.

How much are our rooms?
Park House offers 122 standard single rooms spread across cluster flats, with 2 or 3 people sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities. For every two flats there is a shared living area as well.

About our facilities
Residents have access to bike storage, a shared self-catering kitchen with secure storage space and an on-site launderette. There are also communal indoor areas to study and socialise with other residents.

Earl’s Court is the perfect spot to enjoy all London has to offer.
Walk to Imperial College and the Royal College of Art in 20 minutes, or Earl’s Court Station in just four minutes.
The District, Circle and Piccadilly lines provide quick access to London. The Piccadilly line also runs a 24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays. The area benefits from regular bus services and several Santander cycle points, which make travelling to and from Park House quick and easy.
The location has a great selection of local supermarkets as well as museums, restaurants, bars and pubs, including the world-famous Troubadour. The Royal Albert Hall and the beautiful Hyde Park are also close by.
