Next Steps

You’ve booked your room and now you’re probably wondering what to do next? Here is a helpful checklist on the next steps along with some info on how to prepare. Your accommodation team will be sending you lots of information between now and check in day and its crucial you respond to those requests to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.
*Put your accommodation team's email address in your safe list, so you don’t miss  important information

  • Sign and return your contract (licence agreement for booking your room)

  • Complete your online Welcome E-Induction – this contains vital information that you need to know before you arrive. You will not be able to book your arrival slot without completing this first
  • Book your arrival slot. If you’re planning to arrive in a vehicle, please check local parking restrictions in the area as there are no parking facilities available at any Optivo site except Wood Green Hall – where limitations apply
