How to book
To lock your rent, visit the Optivo Students booking portal using the button below. You'll need to login with the same account that you used to make a booking for 2023/24. Once you're in, you'll be able see which rooms are available with the discount.
Rebooker 2024/25 Terms and Conditions
This promotion is managed and operated by Optivo Students and applies to 2024/25 academic applications only.
1. Definitions
1.1 ‘Academic Stay’ means a student booking for the 2024/25 academic year.
1.2 ‘Account number’ means the number assigned to you by the Optivo Students booking portal, also known as an entry ID.
1.3 ‘Completed application’ means all parts of the application have been submitted to Optivo Students. These are:
1.3.1 one weeks advanced rent.
1.3.2 a signed licence agreement.
1.3.3 a verified right to rent check.
1.4 ‘Licence agreement’ means the contract between Optivo Students and the resident for the 2024/25 academic year.
1.5 ‘Returner’, ‘Returning applicant’ or ‘rebooker’ means an applicant who stayed with Optivo Students in the 2023/24 academic year for a minimum of 40-weeks.
1.6 ‘Southern Housing’, ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means Optivo Students.
2. Eligibility - To be eligible for the returner discount, you must:
2.1 Be a student.
2.2 Be a returning applicant.
2.3 Have applied online through the Optivo Students booking portal.
2.4 Have completed a right to rent check prior to moving in on 21 September 2024.
2.5 Not be in arrears on rent payments.
3. The discount
3.1 The discount is incorporated into the weekly rates offered.
3.2 The discount will be automatically reflected in the charges outlined in the licence agreement.
3.3 The discount is offered on a first come first served basis.
3.4 Alternate payment method requests cannot be facilitated.
3.5 Optivo Students reserve the right to amend or end the offer at any time.
3.6 Room rates based on 2023/24 Early Bird rates.
3.7 Returner rates from 2023/24 cannot be carried over to 2024/25.
3.8 Only a limited number of rooms and room types are available with this offer.
3.9 Excluded rooms may include: Premium single rooms, Studio flats, One-bedroom flats, En-suite rooms, Large single rooms
3.10 Applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.
3.11 Room availability is not live. Availability is checked after an application is submitted. In the case your requested room is not available, we will offer an alternative (subject to availability)
3.12 The offer only applies to Academic Stays which are 40-weeks and longer.
4. Participating buildings
Only applications to stay at the participating buildings outlined below will be eligible:

4.3 Park House
4.4 Wood Green Hall
5. Overall terms and conditions
5.1 The offer expires on 18 March 2024 or when all rooms in the offer have been allocated - whichever is sooner.
5.2 The offer is subject to availability. Optivo Students reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer for another with different terms at any time during this promotion and without notice.
5.3 The offer will not apply to students who are taking over an existing tenancy, which has already begun.
5.4 The offer is not transferable to another resident or applicant at any time.
