The Global Student Living Index (GSLI) survey is back and we want to hear from you
Twice a year we encourage our residents to participate in this survey so that we can improve our services and give you more of what you want.
Some of the key areas covered in the survey focus on the management of sites, social experience, accommodation design, wellbeing and communication. It’s an opportunity to share your opinions for both you and future residents.
We’ve already started working on insight gained from last year. You told us you wanted to book earlier, have onsite inductions as well as online and you wanted more support around mental health. This academic year we held in person inductions, have recruited a Wellbeing Coordinator and are planning to launch our rebooking portal earlier for 25/26. Your participation in the survey helps us make these changes!
What’s in it for me?
As well as playing a vital role in shaping our accommodation offer; once you’ve completed the survey, you can collect a free chocolate bar to say thank you! Just head down to reception. You’ll need to show us your confirmation code, found at the end of the survey so make sure you complete it in its entirety.
Plus, you’ll also be entered into our prize draw for a Student Hamper filled with food goodies.
GSLI also host a £500 draw for participants that complete the survey across the UK so you really have nothing to lose!

It takes between 10-15 minutes to complete. Please ensure you complete it in its entirety as you’ll need the code at the end to redeem your gift.
